The Acacia Strain & Fit For An Autopsy | Baltimore, MD

The night's first act was Colorado doom metal band Primitive Man. They opened up their set with "My Will”, and the crowd started constantly headbanging while the band played each song. Even though the band's set may have been short, this kicked off the energy for the rest of the night!

Up next was Full of Hell. This band's sound will surprise you with the mixture of grindcore, death metal, and insane endless blast beats - not only bringing the crowd the perfect sound, but the charisma of stage presence. This kept the crowd wanting more.

The Acacia Strain was up next. The band opened up with "Beast”,  in which Michael Nakon from local Granite State joined vocalist Vincet Bennett to do vocals. Vincent knows how to get the crowd going while running up and down the stage, jumping, and delivering intense screams. A few bottles of water were sprayed into the crowd, which they loved. This kept fans crowd surfing and the pit going until the very end of their set. The band also debuted their newly released songs "Fresh Bones” and “Untended Graves”.

The band to close out the night was Fit For An Autopsy. The crowd did not let the energy die - leading chants of “FFAA” until the band took the stage. This deathcore band knows how to pick their setlist, opening their set with fan favorite "A Higher Level Of Hate”. The security guards were not ready for the number of crowd surfers they would encounter. After each song the band played, the pit got bigger and bigger, and after one point, the entire room was moving. The band ended their set with "Pandora” and “Far From Heaven", during which the crowd did not miss a single word. This was a perfect end to a completely packed and sold-out show!
